With over three decades of experience in public service, Jonna brings a deep commitment to excellence and client care to her role as Client Service Manager at OneWealth. Before joining the firm in 2022, Jonna spent 32 years with the Social Security Administration, where she held multiple leadership roles including Technical Expert, Systems Coordinator, and Branch Manager.
Jonna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and an Associate Degree through Christ College at Valparaiso University. Her extensive knowledge of Social Security systems and policies, combined with a passion for helping others, makes her a trusted resource for both colleagues and clients.
At OneWealth, Jonna is dedicated to delivering outstanding service, ensuring that each client’s experience is smooth, personalized, and handled with care. Her values are rooted in respect, clarity, and responsiveness—qualities she has carried throughout her career.
Outside of work, Jonna enjoys spending time with her husband of 34 years, their daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter. She’s also a devoted dog lover and an enthusiastic advocate of whole food, plant-based cooking.
